Return Policy

RETURNS

All customers can return unused or unopened single products for a refund within 30 days from the original date of purchase and must be received in our warehouse prior to the end of the 30 days. If items are returned after the 30 days from the original date of purchase, no refund will be issued. We are not responsible for delays in return shipping. Restocking fees, original shipping and/or return shipping fees are not included in any refund. A refund number must be obtained from Sensotherapy and mailed back with the product.

In order to receive a full refund for your returned product, please take the following actions:

  1. Call within 2 weeks of purchase for an Refund number
  2. Provide the refund number within your returned package
  3. Ship the product at your convenience to our office located at: 603 W Magnolia Ave #207, Fort Worth, TX 76104. Note that the full refund does not include the shipping and restocking fee. Only single bottled products are eligible for return which are unopened.

All products in the store have a 100% guarantee. This means that we guarantee that the ingredients we say are in the product are actually in the product. While many people have had great, life-changing results using our Sensotherapy products, because we are not a big drug company, according to FDA regulations, we must tell you that none of the products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

REFUNDS

For a product to be eligible for a refund, it must have a refund number. Refund number may be obtained by contacting Sensotherapy. You must include this number with the returned item(s) in order for our shipping department to receive the product back. Products returned without a Refund Number, will be discarded and no refunds will be issued.
